Data deletion instructions

You can remove your Instagram data from Spidery Creators at any time, in any of these ways:

1. From Spidery Creators: log in, go to Settings → Instagram → Disconnect. Your Instagram data (stats, posts, audience insights and access token) is deleted immediately.
2. From Instagram: open Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites → remove Spidery Creators. Instagram notifies us and we delete your Instagram data automatically.
3. Delete your whole account: email info@spideryweb.com from your registered email with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and delete within 30 days, except records required by tax law.
