Shipping & Delivery Policy

Spidery Creators is an online service operated by Spidery Web, Mumbai. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

1. Brand plans

Starter and Growth plans are delivered online. Your plan is activated on your account immediately after a successful payment, and you receive a confirmation on screen and by email.

2. Collaborations

Creators deliver content by posting it on Instagram and submitting the links on the booking page by the due date agreed in the offer. The brand is notified as soon as content is submitted and can approve it or ask for changes there.

3. Products sent to creators

Some collaborations need a brand to send its product to a creator. Those shipments are arranged and paid for by the brand directly. Spidery Creators does not handle, store or ship products and is not responsible for delays or damage in transit. Brands and creators can coordinate delivery in the booking messages.

4. Delays

If a plan is not activated within 30 minutes of payment, or a creator misses the delivery date, contact info@spideryweb.com. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for what happens if work is not delivered.
