Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to payments made on creators.spideryweb.com, operated by Spidery Web, Mumbai (Spidery Creators is a product of Spidery Web). Payments are processed by Razorpay.
1. Collaboration payments (brands)
When a brand pays for a collaboration, the creator's fee is held by Razorpay and is only released to the creator after the brand approves the submitted content, or automatically 7 days after submission if the brand does not respond.
- Before payment: a brand can cancel an offer at any time at no cost. Nothing is charged until the creator accepts and the brand pays.
- Creator does not deliver: if the creator cancels, or does not submit content by the agreed date, the brand receives a full refund of the amount paid, including the platform fee and GST.
- Dispute: either side can raise a dispute from the booking page before the payout is released. The Spidery Creators team reviews the brief, messages and submitted content, and may refund the brand in full or in part.
- After approval: once the brand approves the content and the payout is released to the creator, the payment can no longer be refunded.
2. Brand plans (Starter and Growth)
Plans are prepaid for 30 days and are not renewed automatically. You can stop using a plan at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period. Plan fees are not refundable once the plan is active, except where you were charged twice or the plan was not activated after a successful payment. In those cases, write to us within 7 days and we will refund the extra or failed charge in full.
3. Creators
Creating a profile on Spidery Creators is free. Creators do not pay anything to receive offers or get paid.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay. They are usually started within 2 working days of approval and reach your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
5. Contact
For cancellations or refunds, email info@spideryweb.com with your booking code (for example BK-1234) or payment ID. We reply within 2 working days.
