These terms govern your use of creators.spideryweb.com, operated by Spidery Web, Mumbai. Spidery Creators is a product of Spidery Web. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. Creators must connect an Instagram account they own. One Instagram account can be linked to one Spidery Creators account. We may suspend accounts that misrepresent their audience or misuse the platform.

2. The marketplace

Spidery Creators lets brands discover creators, post requirements and book collaborations. Brands and creators agree the deliverables and amount through an offer on Spidery Creators. Spidery Creators is not the employer of any creator.

3. Plans and fees

Brand plans are prepaid for 30 days and are non-refundable once activated. For each collaboration, the brand pays the agreed creator amount plus Spidery Creators's platform fee and applicable GST. Creators receive the full agreed amount, less any taxes we are legally required to deduct (such as TDS).

4. Payments, approval and payouts

The brand pays after the creator accepts the offer. Spidery Creators holds the funds until the brand approves the submitted content, or until the review window (currently 7 days after submission) ends without a response, in which case the content is auto-approved. Payouts are made through Razorpay Route: the creator's share is transferred to their Razorpay linked account at the time of payment and held until approval, then released to the creator's UPI or bank account. Creators must complete Razorpay KYC (PAN and payout account) before accepting their first offer.

5. Disputes

Either party may raise a dispute while a collaboration is in progress. Spidery Creators will review the offer, messages and content and may release the funds to the creator or refund the brand. Our decision on held funds is final for the platform.

6. Off-platform deals

To protect both sides, collaborations started through Spidery Creators must be booked and paid through Spidery Creators. A creator's name, Instagram handle and contact details are shared with a brand only after the brand has paid for a booking with that creator, and contact details in messages are hidden until then.

For 12 months after a brand first views, shortlists, messages or books a creator on Spidery Creators, the brand and the creator agree not to arrange paid work with each other outside Spidery Creators. If they do, the brand agrees to pay Spidery Creators the platform fee it would have paid on that work (at least ₹5,000), and either account may be suspended. Asking for or sharing phone numbers, emails or handles to take a deal off the platform is not allowed.

7. Content and conduct

Creators are responsible for following the ASCI influencer guidelines, including clear disclosure of paid partnerships (#ad / #collab). Brands are responsible for the claims in their briefs. No illegal, misleading or harmful content.

8. Spidery Score

The Spidery Score is an automated indicator based on Instagram data and is provided as-is. It is not a guarantee of campaign results.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Spidery Creators's liability for any claim is limited to the fees Spidery Creators received for the relevant collaboration or plan.
