This policy explains how Spidery Web, the operator of Spidery Creators ("Spidery Creators", "we"), collects and uses information on creators.spideryweb.com. Contact: info@spideryweb.com, 303 Quantum Towers, SV Road, Malad West, Mumbai 400064.

Information you give us

• Account details: name, email, phone and password (stored as a secure hash).
• Creator profile: niche, city, languages, bio, rate card, and payout details (UPI ID or bank account and IFSC). To pay creators, we create a payout (linked) account with our payment partner Razorpay, which requires your PAN for KYC. Your PAN is sent directly to Razorpay; Spidery Creators keeps only its last 4 digits.
• Brand profile: company name, industry, website, GSTIN and campaign requirements.
• Messages and content links exchanged inside a collaboration.

Information from Instagram

When a creator connects Instagram through Meta's official Instagram Login, and only with their permission, we access:

• Profile information: username, name, profile picture, account type, bio, follower, following and media counts (instagram_business_basic).
• Recent posts with their like and comment counts, captions and links (instagram_business_basic).
• Insights: account reach, post views and reach, and aggregated follower demographics by country, city, age and gender (instagram_business_manage_insights).

We use this data only to build the creator's Spidery Creators portfolio, calculate their Spidery Score, and match them with brand campaigns. Audience demographics are shown only in aggregate. We never post, comment, like or send messages from a connected account, and we never sell Instagram data. Access tokens are stored encrypted.

How we use information

• To run the marketplace: profiles, matching, offers, payments and payouts.
• To send service emails and notifications about your account and collaborations.
• To prevent fraud and keep the platform safe.

Sharing

Public creator portfolios show the creator's public stats, score and top posts. Detailed audience analytics and rate cards are visible to signed-in brands on paid plans. Payments are processed by Razorpay, which handles card and UPI details — we never see or store your card numbers. We share data with service providers (hosting, email, payments) only to operate Spidery Creators, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Instagram data is refreshed daily while connected. If you disconnect Instagram (Creator → Settings), or remove Spidery Creators from your Instagram app settings, we delete your Instagram data from Spidery Creators. To delete your whole account, email us from your registered address and we will delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting law. See data deletion instructions.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw consent, by contacting us. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
